This case has been of great interest to me. Another example of a good priest tossed under the bus. It was very puzzling why a bishop would sue a priest under his jurisdiction. Why would the bishop be sent to Fresno? A dioceses that has had similar problems. Why would he be left as the administrator of El Paso. Lots of questions that leave me wondering where this is all going. Is there any news about the civil suit?
